Payment terms: You may 100% refundable booking amount now. Second milestone is 30% once the prefeasibility approval is received and final design is approved by you. Third milestone is 65% as soon as the materials are ready for dispatch. Remaining amount you pay after your plant is commissioned and is generating electricity.Please note that in New Delhi, the cost of net meters gets added to your first bill after solar. Please note that the T&C may change from vendor to vendor and Zirlce is not responsible for any issues pertaining to the OEM Warranty after the installation while we provide all necessary support in the warranty claim process.
Terms & Conditions
- The solar panels include a performance warranty of 25 years and the degradation will be according to the data defined by the manufacturer. In 25th year ending with the 80% nominal power tested under STC of 25 °C, 1.5 AM, 1000 W/m2 as mentioned in the PV Module product datasheet
- Any type of deterioration in appearance of the product (including any aesthetic defects, strain, rust, spot, scratches, mechanical wear) or any other changes in the product occurs after delivery to the customer do not constitute defects under this limited warranty. These types of changes in solar modules do not lead to any deterioration in the operational capabilities of the modules.
- In case of glass breakage, claim shall only be enforceable to the extent that there was no external cause (natural or manmade) for the breakage.
- The inverter warranty includes any manufacturing or performance defects and will be replaced/repaired if the warranty period has not lapsed. Any physical damages due to force majeure or man-made is not covered under the warranty.
Zircle Assurance ("Assurance") is a service provided by Zircle to customers of the Zircle Platform. By availing Zircle Assurance, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Inclusions:
- Design and Site Generation Approval: Zircle shall review and approve the design of the solar power plant offered by vendors on the Zircle Marketplace.
- Bill of Materials (BOM) Review: Zircle shall review the Bill of Materials (BOM) provided by vendors to ensure that all components and materials meet the relevant criteria laid by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and all other applicable ISO standards.
- Module Test Reports and Mounting Structure Design: Zircle shall check and review module test reports, module mounting structure (MMS) design, and other relevant certificates provided by vendors.
- Site Inspection: Zircle shall conduct one site inspection to check the quality of installation and visually inspect the material quality. This inspection aims to identify and address any instances of unsafe installation, poor workmanship, or practices leading to warranty voidance.
- Lifelong Support and Troubleshooting: Zircle provides lifelong support to customers through its support desk. Customers can raise complaints or issues, and the Zircle team will work to resolve them through remote support. Zircle shall coordinate with vendors to ensure their fulfilment of obligations as per the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service agreement included in the solution or purchased as an add-on.
- Warranty Claim Support: Zircle shall assist customers in warranty claims by coordinating with the vendors. Zircle aims to streamline the process and facilitate communication between customers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of warranty-related issues.
- Workmanship: Zircle assures to rectify any issues arising due to poor workmanship at no cost to the customer for a period of one year from the date of installation.
- Net Metering and Billing Support: Zircle shall provide support to customers for any issues arising with net metering and billing. The Zircle team will assist in addressing concerns and providing guidance to ensure smooth operations.
Exclusions:
- Generation Guarantee: Zircle does not provide any generation guarantee. The actual generation of the solar power plant may vary based on several factors beyond Zircle's control.
- Warranty Limitations: Zircle does not provide warranties directly. Any warranties for the products or components are provided by the respective vendors. Zircle facilitates warranty claim support but does not offer any warranties of its own.
- Equipment Fault and Manufacturing Defects: Zircle shall provide support to resolve any issues arising from equipment malfunction or manufacturing defects. However, Zircle does not provide guarantees or assume liability for such faults. The resolution of such issues is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the vendors and the OEMs.
- Material Quality and Defects: Zircle shall not be liable for any issues arising due to material quality and defects. The quality and performance of materials used in the solar power plant are the responsibility of the vendors.
- AMC Obligations of Vendors: Zircle is not liable if vendors default on their AMC obligations. However, Zircle will make reasonable efforts to persuade vendors to fulfill their obligations and support the customer in getting the problem fixed at cost as a last
- Warranty Rejections: Zircle shall not be liable for any warranty rejections that occur due to faults not directly attributable to Zircle. Any warranty claim rejections by the vendors or manufacturers shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions. Zircle will provide support and assistance to customers in resolving such warranty rejections, but ultimate responsibility lies with the vendors or manufacturers.

The first list of suggestions you are seeing are based on the inputs you provided on your roof area and monthly electricity bills. We show you products that can offset your bills 100% with solar. But if you want a smaller system, you can directly select a different system capacity in the filters. You may also change the inputs given for monthly electricity bill amount.
How do I know this is the right solar solution for me?

Does this solar system work during power cuts?
An on-grid solar system will not work during power cuts as it does not have batteries. The reason why you should go for an on-grid solar system is if you get high electricity bills and you want to reduce that. If you are looking for power back up with solar, opt for an off-grid solution. The type of system is mentioned in the product title as well as at the top just above price date. Do I get subsidy from the government for this solar system?
If you have a residential meter in your building, you are eligible for a central government subsidy for solar rooftop systems. Just ensure that you are selecting a product where the solar panel type is “Monoperc DCR.” The type of solar panel is mentioned all the way at the top right above the price details. DCR means Domestic Content Requirement. Government only provides subsidies for solar panels manufacturers in India with solar cells also made in India.
Is plant installation included in the price?
Yes, the price given is for an end-to-end solution. Everything from design, procurement, delivery, installation, permits and applications and net metering charges are included. We also help you with the subsidy application process, if applicable. However, please note that in New Delhi, the cost of net meters gets added to your first bill after solar. We have deducted that amount from the price mentioned for New Delhi customers.
